Lush­pad calls itself the “buy and sell mar­ket­place for mod­ern col­lec­tors.” What the heck does that mean? For starters, it means you can say good­bye to Craigslist and eBay if you’re really inter­ested in get­ting really good, really authen­tic mid-century mod­ern design.

Haircut 100

No, this isn’t about your favorite New Wave band get­ting back together. Hair­cut 100 is a salon filled with vin­tage mod­ern fur­ni­ture, a very eclec­tic knick-knack col­lec­tion (think vin­tage ther­moses, 60s porce­lain kit­tens, and Art Deco ceramic pitch­ers), and a rock and punk music soundtrack.
