As you’ve prob­a­bly guessed from the stag­nant web­site and halted emails, we’ve decided that the time has come to end Boxed City. It’s a deci­sion that we’ve been mulling over for a lit­tle while now, and it’s one that we believe makes the most sense.

It’s like your par­ents always told you — you have to grow up some­time. And while we believe you should put that off as long as you pos­si­bly can, we do think that when it comes to buy­ing fur­ni­ture a lit­tle bit of matu­rity goes a long way.

We haven’t been to India yet, but it’s def­i­nitely on our list of places to visit. For now, we’re con­tent to check out the new book To India with Love: From New York to Mum­bai and be inspired by it’s long list of fash­ion­able travelers.
